Workshops 

We hold two-hour workshops in the greater Los Angeles area. These events provide useful information that can enable you to separate your practice from your competitors so you can take control over the growth of our practice. Those welcome to attend include physicians, office managers, and office staff who are assigned marketing responsibilities. 

Strategic Marketing Workshops

Our strategy workshops focus on how to apply the seven-step Formula for Market Dominance to your practice. There are two sections to this presentation.

 

This initial topic covers how to assess the needs and wants of your primary target markets (consumers and potential referring physicians), as well as how to uncover potential innovative ideas that will make your practice stand out. What discuss programs you can implement that your competitors could not or would not be willing to apply. These are based on the presenter's many years running hospital marketing departments and working with medical practices as a consultant.

The second section concentrates on the remaining six steps to develop content for promotion that will separate your practice from your competitors.

We illustrate case studies of a primary care practice and a specialty practice to illustrate how to implement this process to your practice.

Tactical  Workshops

Tactical  workshops concentrate on:

          • Internal marketing programs, including patient retention and generating patient referrals, and

          • How to avoid making a huge marketing mistake, and

          • Choosing the right media to promote your practice

 

For medical specialists and surgeons, we also review how to market your practice to potential referring physicians. Our presenter also discusses on how to attain referrals from other markets, such as employers, attorneys, workers' comp insurance companies, and hospital employees.
